Japanese Permanent Hair Straightening

Japanese Permanent Hair Straightening
Hey guys! As you can see, we're back at
NALU hair salon again. THE FRIZZ MONSTER IS BACK. So today I'm going to do the Japanese permanent
hair straightening which means your hair will be straight forever,
until it grows out. I can't wait to try it.

Let's go! NALU hair salon~ Hello
Hello! What's your hair like right now? Fluff levels are high again. Yeah, it's pretty fluffy. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu A while ago I did an ultrasonic hair treatment at NALU
that left my hair super silky and straight for about three weeks. I loved it, but the results didn't last too long and so they said if I did the permanent hair
straightening, my hair would basically look like that all the time even just air drying it after a shower.

So I've really been wanting to try that out, so that's what
I did this time. I'm going to start with the treatment. How does permanent straightening work? The shape of your hair shaft is determined by disulphide
bonds. If those bonds are unevenly distributed you'll have non-straight or curly hair.

By applying a chemical treatment
and breaking those bonds we use a straightener to realign the bonds
to the correct position, and then apply another chemical treatment to reseal
the bonds. Thus permanently altering the shape of your hair. Go ahead and touch it. Is it soft? When you do permanent hair straightening with heat your hair becomes kind of hard and feels a little rough.

But since we do hair treatment at the same time, your hair won't feel hard or rough. I LOVE IT. Thank you so much! Not at all, thank you. BEFORE.

AFTER Lookit! Look at this!
This is insane. Why don't you shake your head? Should I do high speed? Yeah yeah
Let's do it. So this is NALU hair salon. It's the same place we went to last time.

I'll put the link down in the description box
if you want to come here yourself. Apparently people are coming here because of
our videos. There's one over there! Hi :D
Hello! Okay, so it's been almost two months since I did the
permanent hair straightening and I just got out of the shower, as you can see. My hair is super wet still.

Even in the time of me just setting up this camera
and doing a little bit of makeup, my bangs have dried a little bit. But anyway, I'm going to do a time lapse for you today and show you what it looks like to have your hair
JUST air dry after doing the permanent hair straightening, which is what I've been doing this entire time
since I got it. I haven't put in any oils, I haven't gone back for any more treatments, I haven't done anything special to it. Just shampoo and conditioner every day.
I've never straightened it.

I just go to sleep with my hair wet and then wake up
with perfect, straight hair every single time. So I'm going to do a time lapse today and show you
guys what it's like. It's gonna take me like three hours. This much hair takes a little while to dry.

And there's only one thing I can think of that would
make me okay sitting in the same exact position for three hours straight. Did I not get this? Oops All right guys, take care of him! Let's get to it! So I'm finally done with the time lapse. To tell you the truth, that's actually the third time lapse
I tried. I tried three different days because turns out it takes a really, really long time for my hair to
actually, completely dry by air.

Usually I just sleep most of it off during the night. So this time I used a fan to help it along the way. It still took a few hours BUT it's finally, actually dry this time. And this is what it looks like! So, just air drying.

Two months after permanent hair straightening. It's super soft and silky feeling. Like I haven't even brushed it. I could brush it but I don't even really need to because it's just so flowy, soft.

It's not knotting, getting knotted by itself at all. So if you ever wondered what the secret is to
super straight, non-frizzy hair, this is it! It's permanent hair straightening. I don't know why people don't talk about it more. I'm sure a lot of people actually do it.

Ever since I started mentioning it I've heard other
people say that they do it. So I'm just thinking back to all the time I spent
making videos with my crazy frizzy hair getting out of control and stuff and why, why did it take me so long to do this? I think it cost about $180 where I did it. I've heard that you may need to start touching up
the roots around 6 months afterward because your hair will grow out a little bit and it'll be more noticeably frizzy on top than it is down
on the bottom. But I'm not there yet.
I'll let you guys know when I get there! So this is basically the best thing that's ever
happened to my hair.

This is like as low maintenance as you can possibly get. So if this is the kind of hair you want to have
then I highly recommend doing this. I'll keep you guys updated when I get to the point where I
need to go back for touch ups and stuff. But yeah.

Thank you guys for watching! Bye!.

Japanese Hair Transformation

Japanese Hair Transformation
My hair, exactly! Today I'm going to change my hairstyle! Which basically as a girl it means, I'm going to change my entire
personality and spiritual being. Right now my hair is bleached
and has extensions in it. Because I thought that... Long blonde hair is the 'thing' I have to do.

Because that is like the ultimate.. It's the pinnacle of attractivity? But then I realized that I am me! And just because some people say that long blonde hair is the ultimate attractive hairstyle, doesn't mean that I feel comfortable with it or that it is the best hairstyle for me. Soo~ I've decided to go back to my roots again, and dye my hair dark brown and straighten it. And with straightening I mean Shukumo Kyoysei.

Which is Japanese for straight permer... Perm? Parm? Parmer?? Parmesan? But before we make a trip to the hair salon, I will have to remove my extensions. Super easy to remove at home with some nail polish (remover) and cotton pads. So we're gonna put some nail polish on that cotton pad, then hold it onto the seal..

Wait a few seconds... We should be able to peal off the seal without problems... *Sounds of pain* Hell no... We go to the hair salon right now! So I arrived a bit too early, which means we'll have time for um...

Afternoon snack! This is a stand, which has squid fried noodles. And not only that but also squid pancakes. I think I'm gonna try a squid pancake. *Nom* Its a really really squishy pancake.

Its almost like the pancake itself contains the hidden squishyness of a squid. And it tastes so good! Japanese foods can have like the weirdest names ever, but it's literally my most favorite cuisine in the world! Wow~ The weather is so great today ^^ I have made my journey to the hair salon. My glasses have its own little tray. I'm also currently spamming Manaki with attractive pictures of myself~ So the first part of the straightening treatment has been applied and it looks like this.

Yay~ I got black coffee~ This is a fancy cup holder. I imagine this is what hobbits would use. In a... Good sense.

They really like Justin Bieber in this place... What's the next step after straightening? The next step is hair dye. In order: straightening, hair dye and treatment. Look~ My hair is so straight now! I can like, never ever get it this straight with just the straightening iron.

Even if I get it to my maximum hair straightness, it goes back to it's wavy voluminous form in like... Like half a day! Again, it's super annoying and super time consuming! We're getting ready for coloring~ I feel like already this... Dark paste smeared on my head looks better than the color before. I don't know, but I just prefer darker hair on myself~ They couldn't take off the extensions and I will have to go to the store where I got the extensions to take them off.

Which is horrible... Maybe it's quite obvious...? Alright, It's time to wash off the hair color!~.

Japanese hair salon! (My first ever visit!!)

Japanese hair salon! (My first ever visit!!)
Hey guys! Today I'm here at NALU hair salon in Omotesando, which is right next to Harajuku (in Tokyo). And they're going to do my hair for me! It's really, really long now. You can't really tell but I have some split ends on the end. And it's just all around a little messy.

I've actually never had my hair done at a salon before so I'm super excited to get a professional cut and styling. Let's get started! All right, let's go inside! Here you go, Jun. Are you excited?
Yes. Yoroshiku-onegaishimasu.

You have very long hair.
Yes, I do. First, I'll do counseling. Okay. How much do you want me to cut your hair? About this much? Do you have layers? Actually, it's kind of embarrassing but...

This is my first time coming to a hair salon.  Jun always cuts my hair. Really?
Yes. You cut her hair? I'm not qualified, though.

You're good. Thank you. Wow. Then I'll cut your hair about 10cm.

And I'll do ultrasonic treatment. I'm getting my hair shampooed! :D. I'll tell you HWAT,
it feels really nice. I'm applying a treatment that has big particles first.

Then I'll apply treatments with smaller particles. He's going to apply 4 different types of treatments now. Unlike the first one, this looks very smooth. Yes.

Now, I'm going to use a hair straighter that vibrates to heal the inside of her hair. Vibrating straighter? It's not so common in Japan yet. This treatment method is the most popular in Malaysia and Singapore. I hope she'll enjoy this treatment today.

I didn't understand his Japanese, but he's gonna do something great for you. Kinda hard to explain how it works. Well then. I'm getting my treatment now.

This is the key item of this treatment. It looks hot but this straighter doesn't became hot at all. However, when you apply (treatment) water on it, it vibrates the water and then... Again, it's not hot at all even now.

Instead of vaporizing water, it decomposes water small enough to go inside the hair. So fancy!! This is impressive. It really is. You don't see this often even in Japan.

I can't believe it's not hot. It's bad to heat wet hair so this is ideal. Wow. I can't believe this.

You now look like a high class lady. Her atmosphere changed. I love it. And here's my after!! Look at this! It's so amazing!! My hair's never looked this nice before ever! How is it? It's very pretty.

Feel like watching a commercial. So this place is called NALU. And it's in Omotesando, which is near Harajuku in Tokyo and they work with foreigners. They have staff who speak English If you want someone who's used to working with foreign hair.

Obviously you saw my before. You can see what they're able to do. I'm just going to wander around the rest of the day touching my hair. Going like this.

Okay. Every time I see someone I'm going to be like, "...Yes?" I'm making them laugh. Okay. Well let's go get something to eat.

See you guys later. Bye!.

How To Wash Your Hair Correctly and Stop Hair Fall

How To Wash Your Hair Correctly and Stop Hair Fall
Welcome back guys and if you are new here my name is Vy! After uploading my 20 hair hacks video I have gotten a plethora of comments from you guys asking me to make a hair care routine video. So your wish is my command. Here are ten tips on how to wash your hair properly to prevent less fall out After rinsing off my shampoo, I really try to squeeze out a lot of the actress water in my hair I know some people think that your hair needs to be dripping wet when you apply conditioner but actually it only needs to be damp. You don't want your hair to be dripping wet because it will dilute the conditioner and you actually want the full concentration of the conditioner when you apply it.

So how I remove water from my hair is I would just use my hands, hold it and just squeeze all the water out slowly, and I will just repeat that all of my hair and then I apply conditioner. So after a long day a lot of people would like to take a nice hot shower before they go to bed because it might calm you down. Using hot water actually loosen your hair follicles so which makes your hair falls off a lot easier when you wash your hair. So what you want to do is use lukewarm water when you wash your hair to prevent it from falling out if the hot water really helps you sleep at night you know it's consider taking a hot bath instead of hot shower.

And if you are new here and you like to see some more fashion beauty and DIY videos from me hit that subscribe button and make sure to hit that Bell symbol so you two will notify you whenever I upload a new video. As always whenever I upload a brand new video I hang out in the comment section for the first hour responding to all of your comments so I hope to see you at the notification squad there While washing your hair if you are scratching your scalp really hard you're actually loosen up the hair follicles and will make your hair fall out on hot more when I asking at longer nails and usual i tend to really stretch my scalp a lot harder than usual while shampooing and I can actually feed a lot of hair more than usual falling down onto the drain and that's just heartbreaking. So if you are hard scratcher stop it you just need to gently massage your scalp and that's all you need to do Whenever I condition my hair no matter if it's just a regular conditioner or a treatment conditioner I always leave it in my hair for at least five minutes and sometimes I. Leave it in for a whole 10.

Once i'm done applying conditioner I usually twist my hair up and put it into a cloth and during this time for the five to ten minutes that I'm leaving the condition and I actually just wash my body in the shower So to start off use the right amount of shampoo for the length and the amount of hair you have. What I do is I. Dampen my hair and I pour the right amount of shampoo that I need into my palm and then I actually use a little bit of water to dilute the shampoo to create a nice lather. When I want my hair to be extra straight and sleek I apply my conditioner running my fingers through my hair like this so I'm untangling my hair while i'm applying conditioner and then after I untangle everything I would use my hands and just smooth it out like this.

Sometimes I. Would add extra conditioner in the palm of my hands rubbing together and then apply it to my hair like this slowly and straighten it out kind of acting as a hair straightener with my hands. If you are one of those people that likes to double clean which means you shampoo your hair twice you should stop doing that right now when you reapply shampoo to your hair it's actually not getting cleaner what you're actually doing is stripping your hair of moisture. When your hair loses moisture it will actually look more dull and it feels rough.

Do not wash your hair every day because it will dry out your hair and also your scalp. I only wash my hair every three to four days and I. Actually trained my hair to get to this stage what you should be betraying your hair is on the first day wash your hair as normal with shampoo and conditioner on the second day you should still wash your hair but only wash it with water then after you get out of the shower you can apply serum or leave in conditioner to get moisture back to your hair When I'm sahmpooing my hair I concentrate on massaging the roots of my head because it strengthens the hair follicles and promote hair growth. When I'm in a hurry I still wash my hair with shampoo concentrating on massaging the scalp my head and to save time I would skip the conditioner.

If you like to see more hair videos from me make sure they click here or here whichever one., They're both great! I hope you found my hair care tips helpful and if you have any of your own please share it dowb in the comments below Thank you so much for watching and I. Will see you next time.

How To Use Hair Straighteners

How To Use Hair Straighteners
How to use Hair Straighteners Hello, and welcome to Videojug. I'm going
to show you how to use hair straighteners. Step One: You will need hair straighteners,
a comb, a rounded brush, and a heat protective serum. Step Two: Straighteners.

If you will be straightening
your hair often, I would recommend ceramic straighteners. Metal straighteners are a cheap
alternative, but damage easily. Step Three: Hair preparation. If you blow
dry your hair, angle the hair dryer downwards, and brush through whilst you're drying.

A
heat protective serum will help prevent your hair from becoming damaged by the straighteners. Step Four: Straightener Preparation: Your
straighteners will need some time to heat up. Always follow the manufacturers instructions.
Place them on a non-flammable surface whilst they are heating. Step Five: Straightening.

Clip most of your
hair up, leaving one manageable section. Take part of this and carefully place it in the
straighteners. Start at the root and slowly work your way down. Repeat this action until
the hair straightens.

Keep working in sections to straighten the
rest of your hair. This will take some time. Using a comb will assure the hair is evenly
spread in the straighteners. Go over the ends of your hair again to disguise the individual
sections.

Step Six: Styling. I would recommend using
s shine spray or lock out lotion to maintain the style. Done..

How to straighten your OWN hair perfectlyHowTosWithSaniya

How to straighten
Hey guys it's me Saniya and welcome back to HowTosWithSaniya where we survive everyday bullshit with me so in today's video we're going to see how to straighten your own hair now straighten hair is cool and all but only till you find someone to straighten your hair but when you have no one to help you out and you want to do it by yourself it might be a really difficult task so i'm going to show you how I straighten my own hair and let's get started with the video  so here's my machine I have the philips one philips something something and this  is what I'm going to use so lets take it out I'd like to tell you something about this machine is that it's really very cool it is not very very costly but it is available in like a moderate price and it works really well it straightens your hair very quickly it is not the best straightner  but it is like very very awesome one, affordable one I think. So this is my straightner and i'll be using this to straighten. First I'll heat it up and then I'll show you how to do so the first thing is you have to comb your hair and remove all the knots  then you have to take some hair from your crown area and tie them up like you would do in a half updo.  You can use a hair tie or a clip to secure them up i'm using a hair tie here.

So now you have to comb out the remaining hair and make two sections/ two partitions out of it and then select one from  the sections so that you don't have any knots in there. Now what we will do is we will take inch of hair from one of the sections and that will be from the back of your head and start flat ironing it so my iron is heating now i'm just taking a small section of hair from the back of my head so that I can straighten it out and separate it easily from the curly section I'm straightening this section here and try to get as close as to the roots as you can but make sure you don't burn yourself so keep checking keep combing in between now take another section flat iron it and once you're done with that section you just have to push it to the back of your head so that it doesn't come between the curly hair and like this will do the entire left side and then the right side and what you can do is you can also take a little bit of coconut oil and rub it on your palm and you can just apply it on your head and just run your hands or your fingers in your hair that works as a heat protectant if you don't have one Also what you can do is after straightening each section of your hair you can run your comb through it or if you have a blow dryer you can just pass some cool air through it what this does is it  lets the strengthening stay for a longer amount of time I'm just taking sections of hair flattening it out  and then and just pushing it back don't overheat the flattening iron and don't burn your hair now i have finished with this section this partition and I'm moving to the next one I'm repeating the same steps taking small amount of hair so once you have achieved something like this and you want to go beyond this you want to achieve perfection you can obviously achieve perfection, I want to keep it like this. I'm done with this part and now what I'm going to do is I'll open this thing and and make two parts of it and do those 2 parts individually so i'll be done with the whole look. Now once you're done with those two  sections just remove the hair tie and take out half of the hair from that and secure the rest of the hairs above now comb this section throughly and remove all the knots you can create sub sections in this and this section of hair that you choose to straighten depends on the thickness of your hair and also on the machine that you're using to straighten.

If you have a very good machine and that straightens very quickly then  you can obviously take bigger section of hair but if your hair is thick like mine then you  should just stick to the smaller sections that will work out properly for you so guys I'm done with this side and now I'll  just straighten out the imperfections i don't want pin straight hair so i'm not going to achieve that so I'm done with both the sides guys and if you want you can flatten out the imperfections and all but I don't want my hair pin straight and because i have layers i'm just keeping them like that and i think this is really nice and it worked so this is the finished look and I hope you like this & give it a big like and also subscribe to my channel. Watch out my other videos right here also you can check out my instagram and twitter right here.. See you in the next video.. Bye.

How to Straighten Curly HairTips for Straightening Hair

How to Straighten
On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth
Muller from Liz's Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida, and today we're going to show you
how to straighten out curly hair. When you flatten the hair, you really don't press on.
If you just take it easy and you're scared. Notice how it's still frizzy. Look at that.
Notice how the hair is still frizzy.

It's not completely straight. You have to really
put the iron in there, and you have to go down and press on it a little bit. If you're
scared it won't get as straight. Again, you just bring it straight down.

I'll show you
again if you hesitate, or again, if you take your time and you actually don't press on
it. The hair is frizzy. I'll show you what I mean. I'm better with visual myself.

I'll
show you right now. Look how frizzy that hair is. If I don't go down on the iron and put
a little pressure on it and I just do this, her hair is still going to be frizzy. Only
a little heat.

You've got to really put some pressure on the iron a little bit without
squeezing it hard, because that's when you cause hesitation lines. That's what you need
to do here..

How to section hair with precision and accuracy

How to section hair with precision and accuracy
Hi friends, Andrew Carruthers here education director for Sam Villa. Many, many years ago when I was an apprentice the guy that apprenticed me used to put me through these skills and drills that at times I thought were very tedious and I. Wasn't very happy with him when he would have me do these skills and drills but I. Have to tell you now 17 years later I.

Look back and I'm so thankful for those times that he forced me to practice these things that are really challenging. One of those challenging things is getting very clean partings within hair. He used to sit me down in the back of the the salon with a doll head and he'd say part off a graduated bob 25 times. And in the back of my mind was cursing him but I tell you now that I have the ability to create these clean partings quickly and easily I'm very thankful for that time.

So here are some of the tips we can share with you how you can practice to get really skilled at creating clean partings. Number one let's do this together so at home what I'd like you to do is take your fingers and just put them up like this. Now go ahead and take your fingertips and put them together  pretty easy right? So the easiest way to part hair is to connect your fingertips. You'll notice on our long cutting come there's a parting tooth at the top.

I'm going to take my pointer finger and place it right there at the tip of the parting tooth, I'm going to take my other finger place that where I want to go and now all I have to do is connect the two points It's much easier than trying to draw a straight line without knowing where I'm going and when you do that when you connect, connect quickly. Another thing you can try at home is take a pencil and draw a straight line when you draw that straight line the first time draw it really slow and you'll notice that will be really jiggly second time taken draw it really quickly and you'll notice how clean and straight that line will be. Another tip, and you'll notice that I did this before I connect my fingers is to always comb the hair in the direction that you want to part. If the hair is straight down and I need to part across it I'm fighting through the grain of the hair if I comb the hair in the direction that I want to part the hair get all the grain going in that direction you can see it slips through quite easily then, so comb the hair in the direction that you want to part.

The final one is sometimes when we're creating really long partings, let's say it's a center part for setting up for a haircut and we need to go from one point to another and it's a lot of hair to work through... If you take both fingers and place them right here at the tip or at the parting tooth, when you have both fingers you can actually rest your palm against the head and use that to support and you see you can create really clean clear lines by supporting both sides of the comb and it helps to give you some structure and that works when you have to create really long partings that might be more challenging to do the finger to finger position. So again, first tip: fingertip to fingertip, second tip: always comb the hair in the direction you want to part and the third tip: is if it's a very long parting, support that parting tooth with both fingers, rest the palm against the head to get some good pressure and structure, and then part. Practice those three things  so much of what we do behind the chair is just muscle memory and the more that you practice the better you're going to be behind the chair.

Any questions, comments please feel free to leave them in the box below we love to hear from you guys thanks for watching I'm Andrew Carruthers education director for Sam Villa.

How to Highlight HairApplying Hair Highlights

How to Highlight
Okay now that we've sectioned our hair off
into four sections, what we're going to go ahead and do is start the application. So
what we're going to go ahead and do is get our highlighting comb, go ahead and turn just
a little bit, now with this technique we're just going to be doing the top area here,
so what we're going to do is take it about half way up, drop that section there now with
this technique for me it is a more natural highlight that's easier to do at home if need
be. So what you're going to do is drop that section out. If need be you can clip that
out of the way.

Then you're going to take your first section. You're going to do about
a half an inch, quarter inch to half an inch, pull that out and clip the rest away. What
you're going to do is take this section that you've pulled out here, take your foil with
your comb, place it right there on top. Now with this technique, with this bolyaus technique,
it's just going to be a painted on thing so you can just paint it right on very lightly.
Bring it straight down until your color has saturated the hair.

Now what you're going
to do is, your going to fold. Fold your, foil give it another fold, one more fold this way one more fold that
way and we're done with that section. So now what we're going to do is we're going to take
about a another quarter to half an inch section, drop that down take about another quarter
inch section above that drop that down, clip this away, and what you're going to do is
take that quarter inch that you dropped down and go on to your next section. Same thing with your comb.

Place it, pull
your comb out, take your product lightly just apply it; apply it through your ends and same thing. We're going to give it a fold
another fold and two last folds we're going to continue this until we get
to the top so we'll take another quarter inch section drop that out and clip this out of the way
so then we're going to
drop these sections a quarter until we get to the top and then we're going to go on to
our next section..

How to Heal Ultra-Damaged, Brittle HairStef Sanjati

How to Heal
Hello everybody, it is Stef, welcome back
to my home! I have some really exciting things for you
today because I've been getting questions about this forever and I think it's finally
time for me to share with you the method that has worked for me.
So as some of you may know, a while ago when I first dyed my hair bright blue, I was doing
it at home, I was bleaching it at home, and what ended up happening was my hair got super
ultra-damaged and literally, probably about a pound of hair fell out of my head. So it
was so ultra-damaged, it was brittle, it was - I should have gotten a buzz cut, really.
If I did not work in the beauty industry, I would have gotten a buzz cut and started
all over and worn wigs because it was that damaged. It was a nightmare.
And, I have, over the past months, been blessed with so many different ideas, and I finally
have come to a place where I feel like my hair not only looks healthy, but it also feels
healthy, and it just is healthier. My hair has recovered, immensely, it's amazing.
I've tried a lot of things over the past months and I've finally found something that's really
done a dramatic difference, and I wanted to share with you what that was.
So, a while ago I was contacted by a company called - I believe it's pronounced Hsi (see),
it's H S I.

I don't think it's "huh-see" cause I don't think that's what they... I don't
think that's it. I was contacted by them and they were like, you know, "do you wanna try
our stuff out, (mumbling) maybe it'll work, whatever". So I was like, "okay! I'll try
it out"...

And I am so pumped about this stuff. So what they sent me was a variety of things,
and every single one of them I LOVE - look at how shiny my hair is, it was so brittle
that it would break if I touched it. Look at this... Look at this! Nothin'! It snaps
right back into place! It's BEAUTIFUL! I love it.

So I wanna show you first, before I get
into the products, I wanna show you the damage. If you can see, back here, these short bits
there was a lot, a lot a lot of short bits. I think most of this section is short. When
the hair broke it was not even an inch long, it was so so short it was so damaged, it was
awful, and this is the growth that has occurred over I would guess about five months.

I dont
know exactly when the breakage happened, its been a while. And you can see now that my
hair has recovered a lot so I wanna show you the products, and I wanna show you how I style
my hair with heat and still keep it healthy even though it is super ultra-damaged and
brittle. Were gonna start with the pre-care, so what I do before I style my hair, what
I do when Im washing it, all that stuff. The first things that I think are important
to show you from Hsi are the shampoo and conditioner.

So these ones  every single product that
they sent me uses argan oil, its got an extreme argan oil essence and as we know,
as many of you know and if you dont know, argan oil is a very reparative ingredient
in hair products. Its used in skin products, mostly for body its not something that
is weak. Its a very potent, very delicious substance that will change your skin or your
hair wherever you use it. So the shampoo and conditioner have argan oil extracts in them
that really help to repair and soften and smooth your hair without that waxy stuff thats
in a lot of the lower end shampoos and conditioners.

Its also sulfate free, which is incredible
sulfates are known to, I guess, encourage damage in the hair. Its just not great.
It also has vitamins A, B, C, and D so its just full, its rich, with good stuff for
your hair. The conditioner, specifically, it says the same things, you know, all that
stuff I wash my hair probably twice or three times
a week, just so the colour doesnt fade too too quickly and also because if you shampoo
your hair every day, its going to produce a lot of oil on your scalp, its not even
going to help your hair, its just a bad time.
I also got this amazing mask. So this is called the smoothing hair mask (with argan oil again),
its also not animal tested, I want to mention that, I dont think any of these are animal
tested.

All of these products are not tested on animals, which is incredible, I know a
lot of you think thats important. Basically, you want to put this in after you shampoo
your hair. You can comb it through, you can run it through with your fingers, whatever
you want, you wanna leave it in for about five minutes. Its also important to mention,
you dont want to go right to the root with the mask, I start on the ends, so I saturate
the ends, right, and then I bring it up a little bit and up a little bit but you do
not want to get to the root, because thats when its going to get greasy and its
not going to be good for you.

And then you rinse it out after five minutes, its really
straight forward, and your hair is beautiful. I usually do this once every two or three
washes, just to make sure my hair has a lot of strength.
The next thing, and arguably the most important thing that has changed my life here, is the
argan oil leave-in hair treatment, okay so this comes in a little glass vial, its
very cool, its very couture cause its a glass bottle, and um, I love this because
you need one drop, one or two drops, so what I do is I unscrew it, tip it over on my fingers
and I let it go, and Ive got like one or two drops right here on my fingers. I use
this when my hair is wet, I use a little bit more when my hair is wet, I run it through
my hands and then I run it through the hair, so that it has something to drink when its
drying, and I always let my hair air dry, I very rarely blow dry my hair, because I
usually wash my hair at night before I go to an event the next day for example, right?
And then Ill use it again, not until after Ive styled my hair, which I will show you
what I do. The last product is a thermal protector so
it will protect your hair against heat! Its okay to style your hair with heat after its
been damaged horribly, I would just say give your hair some time, do some masks, you know,
heal it as much as you can before you go back into heat styling, and then once you go back
into heat styling, make sure you have a really good thermal protectant, like this one, so
that you dont suffer the consequences of heat styling again, okay?
So I wanna show you how I style my hair now, before I do that, Im going to show you
the tools that they sent me.

There are three tools in specific that I actually use: so
they sent me this beautiful flat iron, the Hsi professional flat iron, this has a digital
screen, its really beautiful, the tiles are ceramic, and this goes up to four hundred
and fifty degrees. I dont go to four hundred and fifty degrees but it has the power to
do that. Its really nice, the best flat iron Ive used in a long time. I also got
sent a variety of brushes but the two that I find most useful are these two right here.
So this one I use when my hair is still not styled, and I use it to sort of make sure
that its smooth and ready for the flat iron.

This one here thats a lot more open
and kind of like, uh, I guess you could call this kind of like, uh I dont know
like a, like a panini? I use this after Ive curled my hair to sort of diffuse the curls,
to make it look smoother and less like a ringlet and more like a wave. Oh, look at how shiny
and beautiful  I love these products you guys!
So  heres how I style my hair. I start by sectioning it off a little bit, so I usually
start at the back of my head. What Ill do is either use a comb or my nails if theyre
long enough, and Ill just section off a small piece of the back.

Usually thats
where my damage is entirely, sometimes theres longer strands in there, but thats where
I start. I work up the back of my head, curling the hair with the flat iron. When Im using
the flat iron, I do not go above three hundred and seventy or three hundred and eighty degrees.
If you go too high in heat, no matter what you do, no matter what you put on your hair,
its gonna come out a little bit brittle, a little bit fried looking, so I like to stay
around three hundred and seventy degrees when Im heat styling my hair. While youre
curling the sections, you want to pull out inch wide sections of hair, so that youre
not trying to curl too much at once.

How I do this is I pull the hair towards the
front, so I dont try to straighten it behind my head, because I cant see whats happening,
so I pull the hair, the strand, to the front to where I can see it in the mirror, and then
I grab it in the clamp, in the curling tool, in the flat iron, and I twist the flat iron
forward while I pull, right, so what ends up happening is the hair wraps around the
flat iron while its going down the strand and it ends up basically working like a curling
rod. And I do this all over my head in sections, so as I said I start at the back, I work upwards
until I get to about the crown of my head, and then I start working in side sections
upwards, until I am pretty much done the entire head with the curling action, so again, I
clamp the hair in there, and I curl, I twist the tool forwards as I pull down, so that
it creates kind of a curling effect. And then when I release the hair, it comes out like
a curl, like a ringlet, its almost too curly. I wouldnt say theres anything
too curly, in the world, but its more curly than I want to be finished with, so what I
do is I curl everything, including the bangs, how I want, I usually section the bangs off
separately and curl them in whatever direction I want my hair to part.

Once everything is
curled it kind of looks like theres big sections, big chunks of curls, and what I
do to get rid of that effect is I bend over, I shake all my hair out, so that its diffused,
theres no more sections. And then I go in with that panini brush, is what Im gonna
call it, and I brush out all of my hair, so that the curls kind of blend into one another
so they become waves. Its less posed and static and more wavy and beautiful I suppose.
And that is essentially how I style my hair. Now, what I do after that to make sure my
hair has optimal strength and shine, is I.

Take a little bit of that argan oil leave-in
treatment, get it on my fingers, and I run it through the hair. Just the ends  I do
not go past the ends. I go no further than this, right, because my ends are the most
damaged part of my hair. And that, my friends, is how I took my brittle,
terrible, damaged, ready-to-fall-out-of-my-head hair, and made it healthy again.

I have never
been happier with my hair, I am so satisfied with the way it feels and looks, and these
tools are incredible I am just so happy that they contacted me and offered to send
me these things because they are the best tools are products Ive ever used in my
life, I will never be happier, I dont think. If you know anybody with super ultra-damaged
brittle hair thats looking for help, maybe shoot them this video just so they can see
what I did to help myself, and hopefully they come up with some ideas or have some new direction
in their recovery process. Anyways, I hope this has helped you  there will be links
to the products in the description box if youre interested in looking at them or
learning about them some more, and until I. Next time, I will see you all later, its
been a PLEASURE, I love you so much, oh my gosh this has been so fun, weve learned
about hair care.

Just, good luck, you know, I love you, just be cool, chill, its alright,
everythings gonna be fine, and I will see you next time! BYE I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!.

How To Blow Dry, Cut, StyleHistory

How To Blow
Hey, hi guys live in a smile channel along with Kara Lana. She's filming right now we have Molly set in the chair and when he says undecisive to Cut off all this hair. She wants a style on the side we're just going to put some pieces in on the side here of the hair and Then we're going to cut some of the style When I cut off some we haven't decided fully. How we going to cut off everything we're still Deciding right what we're going to do so as we go along you will see what we are Doing on the channel right now with her hair So you see the shape is all ready for When you're doing a go to cut the shape is already formed as the shape.

It's all in there So you got a sheep So when you cut properly you see you get to style already It all falls in place you can do any style any style any Style guys any style you can kick it up Because it's fall in place I'll go I'm going to go over it more, but it's fall. You know So it goes over here, and we're gonna bring it behind the ears I Just taken off a little of the heaviness here But I don't like to Take rail here, and do all the slicing and cutting unless you have very Thick hair and you want to lose some, but I don't because I am afraid of getting split eggs for the customer You know or the clients so I go easy and I have to think about How it's going to grow back if you start dipping into cuts and all these different cuts how the hair is going to go back Time you come across issues in the hair So I have to think if a client doesn't want to do to hear that so the going back is easy Here's a little shorter a little slightly up so the growing back is easy for her and she also can get it You know she's busy. She can do something You know two little clips or something in it will clean up here To make it easier for her or attach something over there She wouldn't attach much on the hair but that's what my idea when cutting I am keeping the clients here in mind and the growing back up the hair and the condition and the work oh Darling and I take a piece from here and a cute 14 longer But you hear Brett's us out there Notice, I put the hand on the head you have to manage the hair you have to be able to control the clients care you Have to have your hand hair to control this hair the clients care have to be controlled Because she can't move or zip or head and you get a bad cut so you're gonna keep your chair turn And you're gonna make sure you calm down properly And you're not gonna take your hand off of this head here because if you do all the time and she moves there you go But if you're experienced and she moves you'll be able to catch that over the years But there you are so you're cutting now this way And this way The thickness is not completed there, but that's okay cuz we're gonna fill in some hair for the thickness that she wants So I'm not going to make this Exactly like that where the thickness is back in the days we try to get rid of that finest layer, but no you can't you can't get rid of it because not everybody here grows even and You'll get a different shape and style if you get rid of that so you have to consider your doing a custom cut for your Your customers or your clients everyone is different. It's not a book It's not a book you're working with the hair That you've got here if it's the wigs or the mannequins that's different But we working with real hair no and real people So that makes the difference if she wants it shorter I give her the opportunity to have this cut shorter But I'm not going to go shorter because I can't put it back guys We can't put back to here unless we put a wing So we're not going to go shorter your cuts have to be able to form a style If your cut don't start styling And you haven't got a good copy if your cut is out of place you haven't got a good cut The cut is the style makes it easier for your clients.

It's the style that they can Manage their hair and move it around it can't be faked You must get a coach Properly in it cannot be faked a real cut cannot be faked because when she wakes up She's getting really mad You know that this piece sticking out with a discount work and that account work and their pain their pain It's not like it's the mannequin and a youtube channel That you can Get away with doing that maybe your pain and you're gonna get very upset in their jobs and stuff if they go and this hair is an out, I'm Getting ready in the morning quickly. That's getting anybody object Hi guys If you ever know how long I'm doing here I. Wanted to see how I came up on YouTube because I've been seeing some of my styles and work on YouTube I have and I said wait how come those tiles up there and I have done them 40 years ago or 30 years ago and YouTube wasn't in when I did those sides and create itself, so I'm saying what is this? I guess I have to come on this platform So I'm the original and lava stealth and I'm not going to back off on that I have lots of people who would back me with that. Do you mind no Since I was 12 years old.

I'm 42 I'm Going to make a video that I'm a pioneer hairdresser And I'm going to be sticking to that because it is true. It's not gonna change that's why I'm on YouTube to do some of the works show some of the stuff and Redo some of my own stuff that was done on YouTube Originally that is not even original, but it's done right guys the vendors my channel subscribe You Then it would penetrate and get greasy on the hair ends So I would not do that because then I only having strings of grease and then that's when we started to use the powder And eventually we started event a we try to use it to brush for their edges long time ago Many, we couldn't get the products and stuff so we started to do our own thing we started to use eye shadow for hair sides and I. Have some old videos on some things, but anyway. I'm going to really blow dry no It was the that special brush We use a denim that steps brush but that is one of these vertical guys there we go I.

Can use both hands to blow it I was fortunate to pass the blower from one hand to the next There we go We're going to blow out And if we need to straighten we would be like that and comfort for Harold and the direction this way Depending on where we want it. You can use a long brush for the end and for MIT. As well, but I'm just going like this right now We work very well like shit Soul.

Homemade Hair Treatment for Frizzy, Dry and Damaged Hair

Homemade Hair Treatment for Frizzy, Dry and Damaged Hair
Inadequate brushing, using industrial dyes,
certain hair treatments, chemicals used in straightening, and constantly using a flat
iron are just a few of the things that make your hair frizz. When your hair gets very dry and begins to
look frizzy and damaged, you might have a long and expensive process ahead of you to
correct it. However, there is a natural way to fight frizzy
hair. Its a capillary mask made from corn starch
that restores damaged hair, by giving it volume and nourishing the fibers.

This mask can be applied to any type of hair,
and works for both curly hair and straight hair. Look at how simple this recipe is: Ingredients 2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon pure honey 3/4 liter of filtered water
1 strainer 1 tablespoon of oil (either almond, argan,
olive or coconut oil) 1 tablespoon of natural conditioner (whatever
you have at home) Instructions Stir the corn starch until dissolved. Then lower the heat and stir until it thickens. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool
down.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
to form a smooth cream. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Massage the entire length of the hair. Make sure you apply it to the scalp too.

Cover you head with a shower cap. Apply this mask before bedtime. Wash your hair as normal the next day. Its important to remember that those with
an oily scalp shouldnt apply the cream to their scalp.

They should simply put the cream on their
hair. Use this treatment once a week. You can also use this recipe as a regular
hair conditioner. This capillary mask also works well as a massage
cream for your hair.

Just apply the mask to the hair and leave
it for 25 minutes. Finally, wash it out with a little shampoo. If youd like quicker results, use the cream
three times a week. Now that you know how to make your own treatment
for damaged hair, take advantage of the corn starch and moisturize your hair with this
home remedy..

Hair Straightening Tips At Home

Hair Straightening Tips At Home
I would like to give you a few tips, how to
straighten hair at home. What you do with this technique is angle the hair so you're
not going to have an angle marking the hair. Always work from the roots out to the ends. Always work in neat sections and if your hair
is very thick, try to do less.

If you have short hair around the contours, you can twist
it in and straighten it that way so you get the short ones in as well. Don't straighten
your hair very often; the straightening guidance can be damaging. If you use the straightening guidance about
once a month, it's good for your hair. If you use it more often, it actually damages
your hair.

It is very important to protect the hair from the heat of the straighteners. Most of the straighteners work at about 110
Celsius which is a lot. So, try to use a protection product. Some of the product ranges now have
heat protection, even the shampoos and conditioners.

I'm using the spray today so I just sprayed
it a little bit and I'm working it into the hair. And I use the straightening guider.
It's very important to blow dry your hair a hundred percent before you start the straightening.
And those are my hair straightening tips! ..

Hair Color Mixing & Application TechniquesMixing Permanent Hair Color

Hair Color Mixing & Application TechniquesMixing Permanent Hair Color
In this clip we're going to talk about how
to mix permanent hair color. Permanent hair color lifts color off of the hair and it becomes
permanent. And what we're going to talk about here is different types also. We have cream
colors and they're in tubes.

And it's usually a white cream that you see when their in the
tube. Ok and we're going to show you in a minute when I mix it. We also have liquid
colors out there that you mix equal parts or depending on the company their own instructions
on how to mix it. Usually it's equal parts and you mix a liquid in a bottle and you shake
it and then you apply it on the hair.

There's also different ways to shake the color, the
permanent hair color. We can use mixers like this, bowl and brush or we can actually use
like I said a liquid, for liquid use a bottle. Ok so I'm going to show you right now how
to mix this permanent hair color which is in a tube and it's creamy. This company has
cc's that you mix in, it's five cc's so it's every increment here, every line that you
see here is ten cc's.

Ok. I'm going to mix thirty cc's which would be about an ounce
of color. Ok. You need your key here to turn that and mix it with that brush now in a minute.
After we go ahead and take this some developer here and we're going to use twenty volume
developer, you can use any kind of developer.

In this company you can use from five to forty
depending on how much lift you want in your hair color, in your permanent hair color.
Usually permanent hair color you need at least twenty ok. So let's go ahead and mix here.
It would be also with this company, is actually they want you to do the tube here, they want
you to use an ounce but with them they want you to use about two ounces of developer.
So you'll see that they, sometimes they'll say an ounce to ounce which is equal parts
or they'll say an ounce of color to two ounces of developer. Ok. CC's would be thirty cc's
to sixty cc's.

We're going to go ahead and mix the color first really well, nice and
creamy in the bowl. They also have whisks now that you can use and you see them, it
looks like in cooking you use but you'll have like a whisk. And there you go you mix it,
little bit at a time please. Nice and creamy, make sure it's not lumpy when you are mixing
it ok cause then it doesn't take well on the hair or takes different colors on the hair
so you want to go ahead and do that..

This is called Beauty Busters This is a brand new series that I'm bringing on to my channel where we're gonna be testing out internet beauty hacks and we're gonna be trying to find out if they're a poop or a Whoop or if they're just maybe baby that they might work and they might not work, so I thought it'd be really fun there is a little link below that you can request a hack for me through my [Twitter] and Today, we're gonna be testing out... Maybe I should take these off. They're distracting! Today, we're going to be testing out how to straighten your hair without heat Hmm.

[I] am thinking that this is going to be... I think it's gonna be a whoop I think it might work. Let's go for it and let's get started So for this beauty hack what you're going to need is.. Um..

Relatively wet hair. You're also gonna [need] some kind of brush or comb, whatever you prefer then you're also going to need some Bobby pins a lot of these because this is basically what we're going to be doing. So the first thing you want to do as said on this pin is to make sure your hair is fully wet, so I'm gonna go to the bathroom, I'm gonna go spray my hair with some water and then I'll be right back... And now [I'm] back so now that my hair [is] nice and wet, I know I had to put my bathrobe on.

This... Excuse if it looks a little worn out, I never thought It would see the light [of] day, but now it's on YouTube just like Myself so.. I just realized that a comb is much better than a brush just because you really want to get that hair really nice And tight, so I'm gonna go try and find a brush if not I'm gonna have to do with this. So next what I'm doing is just basically combing my hair through, getting all those knots out So next what it says is basically to divide your hair in the middle So now basically what this method is it's called the crossover method, so I'm going to be taking hair that's on my right and really Squishing it down or squishing it just literally putting it tightly Straight onto my head and then pinning it and then doing the same the other [way] So I'll show you guys.

Basically... I'll take a section like this and basically I'm [just] gonna Stretch it out.. Okay. It's a little difficult y'know.

Wow, I am balding I don't know how to do this... Okay, so I was starting in the wrong direction, so (laughs) so as they had said which I don't follow instructions [alright] So we're going to split [my] hair again through the middle and now I'm going to start from the bottom up Which is a lot easier. Key here is to basically get the hair straight from the very beginning. So just pull it all the way Really nice and straight on my head.

I think I'm just being too much of a perfectionist. It doesn't need to be that perfect, but yeah... What the heck? What is this? I've never seen my hair this weird. I'm just gonna go for it else restrict me [alright] Lay this a little bit more down.

Lay this a little more down So the whole concept is to have that hair and bring it all the way to like the back Basically and that's where it gets even more straight. That's looking like something. It's looking promising grabbing some piece Throwing it this way Then grabbing this piece throwing it that way and just making it really tight and straight on the head Raisin stuck in my teeth the whole time That's awkward.. Looking crazy.

I'm kind of crazy.. (Sings:) it's raining men.. [Alright], so I'm not [sure] how many bobby pins. I use, I'll estimate about like...

[20], Next thing to do is basically wrap your hair in a towel or in any kind of cloth And if you're doing this at night then sleep through it. I don't know what it's Gonna Feel [like] this is actually not that bad. I don't feel like it's Gonna be uncomfortable [no]. So the purpose of wrapping in something is basically to just reduce any kind of frizz so that it's just really nice and Defrizzed? Alright, so I'm back.

It's been approximately six or seven hours. Thank goodness I woke up early or else the sun of day would not be out anymore My hair is fully dry and I guess now it's time to see if This is a whoop or a poop my hair isn't as frizzy as it usually is when I just let it air dry so I definitely feel like it's Holding down all of that like hydration. It's just making a look kind of shiny I don't know. I'm kind of weary of these little things making indents Sooo...

My hair is still wet.. [Whoa] what the heck? I didn't follow instructions. I had to wait at least more, but I waited like almost seven hours. That's crazy it's looking straight actually I would highly [recommend] you to really just sleep on this because like I said this was almost [7] hours and My hair still very wet well after fully brushing my hair This is pretty straight I mean It looks just kind of like my how my hair looks when I straighten my [hair] except obviously this part is still wet But if I'm just comparing the bottom parts, this is exactly how my hair looks when I? Straighten it So I would have to say this is a whoop! My overall reaction on this I would definitely give this a 5! One, two, three, four, five! Um I would definitely do this again, especially [if] you know I'm trying to let my hair grow in a healthy way.

I feel like it Yeah, it's it's a it's definitely a whoop for me. What do you guys think [leave] me down in the comments? What you think would you try this method it out? Do you think it's a little bit too long? What would you do differently if you have curlier [hair] Do you think it would work for you? I personally think it would because like I said I have Semi Wavy hair and The bottom part that was dry actually ended up turning out [really] nicely just like when I strained my hair so I'm actually really impressed but for this first episode of [Beauty] [busters] I really hope you guys enjoyed it if you have any beauty hacks or bizarre Internet hacks that you want me to test out make [sure] you leave it down below in the comments I will be the test dummy for you to see what beauty hacks are myths and what? Aren't what [are] whoops and poops for this beauty buster series? I hope you guys really enjoyed and I guess I'll see you guys next time bye.
