How To Wash Your Hair Correctly and Stop Hair Fall

How To Wash Your Hair Correctly and Stop Hair Fall
Welcome back guys and if you are new here my name is Vy! After uploading my 20 hair hacks video I have gotten a plethora of comments from you guys asking me to make a hair care routine video. So your wish is my command. Here are ten tips on how to wash your hair properly to prevent less fall out After rinsing off my shampoo, I really try to squeeze out a lot of the actress water in my hair I know some people think that your hair needs to be dripping wet when you apply conditioner but actually it only needs to be damp. You don't want your hair to be dripping wet because it will dilute the conditioner and you actually want the full concentration of the conditioner when you apply it.

So how I remove water from my hair is I would just use my hands, hold it and just squeeze all the water out slowly, and I will just repeat that all of my hair and then I apply conditioner. So after a long day a lot of people would like to take a nice hot shower before they go to bed because it might calm you down. Using hot water actually loosen your hair follicles so which makes your hair falls off a lot easier when you wash your hair. So what you want to do is use lukewarm water when you wash your hair to prevent it from falling out if the hot water really helps you sleep at night you know it's consider taking a hot bath instead of hot shower.

And if you are new here and you like to see some more fashion beauty and DIY videos from me hit that subscribe button and make sure to hit that Bell symbol so you two will notify you whenever I upload a new video. As always whenever I upload a brand new video I hang out in the comment section for the first hour responding to all of your comments so I hope to see you at the notification squad there While washing your hair if you are scratching your scalp really hard you're actually loosen up the hair follicles and will make your hair fall out on hot more when I asking at longer nails and usual i tend to really stretch my scalp a lot harder than usual while shampooing and I can actually feed a lot of hair more than usual falling down onto the drain and that's just heartbreaking. So if you are hard scratcher stop it you just need to gently massage your scalp and that's all you need to do Whenever I condition my hair no matter if it's just a regular conditioner or a treatment conditioner I always leave it in my hair for at least five minutes and sometimes I. Leave it in for a whole 10.

Once i'm done applying conditioner I usually twist my hair up and put it into a cloth and during this time for the five to ten minutes that I'm leaving the condition and I actually just wash my body in the shower So to start off use the right amount of shampoo for the length and the amount of hair you have. What I do is I. Dampen my hair and I pour the right amount of shampoo that I need into my palm and then I actually use a little bit of water to dilute the shampoo to create a nice lather. When I want my hair to be extra straight and sleek I apply my conditioner running my fingers through my hair like this so I'm untangling my hair while i'm applying conditioner and then after I untangle everything I would use my hands and just smooth it out like this.

Sometimes I. Would add extra conditioner in the palm of my hands rubbing together and then apply it to my hair like this slowly and straighten it out kind of acting as a hair straightener with my hands. If you are one of those people that likes to double clean which means you shampoo your hair twice you should stop doing that right now when you reapply shampoo to your hair it's actually not getting cleaner what you're actually doing is stripping your hair of moisture. When your hair loses moisture it will actually look more dull and it feels rough.

Do not wash your hair every day because it will dry out your hair and also your scalp. I only wash my hair every three to four days and I. Actually trained my hair to get to this stage what you should be betraying your hair is on the first day wash your hair as normal with shampoo and conditioner on the second day you should still wash your hair but only wash it with water then after you get out of the shower you can apply serum or leave in conditioner to get moisture back to your hair When I'm sahmpooing my hair I concentrate on massaging the roots of my head because it strengthens the hair follicles and promote hair growth. When I'm in a hurry I still wash my hair with shampoo concentrating on massaging the scalp my head and to save time I would skip the conditioner.
