Blueprint and I strategize with salon and spa owners and independent stylists all over
the country to get new clients and grow their business. Today in this video, I'm going to
teach you the 3 best ways to keep your phone ringing getting new clients every single day,
so stick with me. I love helping salon owners properly position
themselves to get new clients and grow their business every single day. Unless you live
in a really small town, chances are you're not the only salon in town.
Which mean everybody
has the opportunity to choose which salon they go to. Are you their first choice? So
how do you stand out from your competition and become the first choice for your potential
clients when they are looking for a new hair stylist. This is not something they teach
you in beauty school. It's a little something I like to call Local Google Search Domination.
You see, if somebody is looking for a new hair stylist, they're no going to go to the
Yellow Pages, they're going to go to Google.
They are going to search 'hair salon' in your
city. And if you're dominating the first page of local Google search, you're going to get
more clicks. The salon with the most clicks, is going to get the most phone calls, and
turn those clicks into lifelong clients. So how do you do this? It's as easy as 1, 2,
3.
Number one, your website. You need a professional looking website so it can be attractive to
new visitors. Not only that, but it needs to be ranked on the first page of Google.
Some of you might be wondering, why am I not getting any new clients? Maybe it's because
your website isn't optimized and nobody can find it. Number 2 is your local business directories.
These are high ranking websites like Google+, Yelp, YellowPages.Com which are going to help
your Google+ listing rank right there on the first page in the maps section of Google.
The name of the game for directory profiles is Quality, Quantity and Consistency.
Quality:
you want to be on the highest ranking ones like Yelp, Yellow Pages, Google+, the ones
I listed earlier; the ones that everybody uses. You also want to be on niche specific
directories like findabeautysalon.Com and other salon directories that are out there
that you can subscribe to for free. The next one is quantity; you want to be on as many
as possible. There is literally hundreds of directories that you can be on for free.
And
you just put your name, address, phone number, upload some pictures, and those point a link
back to your website which is going to help your website rank higher. And then finally,
consistency. You want everything to match. Your name, your address, phone number, website.
If there is any inconsistencies, Google is going to be like, 'what is going on with your
business' and they are not going to rank you very high because they are confused as to
where you are located or what your business name is because it is inconsistent.
So if
you have lots of them, on the high quality, niche specific sites and they all match, its
going to really boost your Google+ listing in the maps section and now you are taking
up two positions on the first page of Google. Finally, number 3, I've saved my favorite
for the last. If you're looking to dominate local Google search, you need a professional
video that ranks on the first page of Google. This is where I am spending most of my time
with my clients because it is just so effective.
When it comes to business, trust is a huge
factor. And what better way to build trust on the internet than a professional video
that shows who you are, and what you do. Let's be honest, finding a new hair stylist is a
scary thing for most people. And so what better way to take out the mystery, than to have
a professional video where they can see your face, where they can hear your voice? They
can see pictures of the salon, and it really takes the mystery out of finding a new stylist.
It really builds credibility, it builds trust, and people are more likely to give you a phone
call and come in to your salon because they have seen what your salon is like.
But it
is not enough just to produce a promotional video because after you post it to your Facebook
page that one time, nobody is going to find it. You need to get your video ranked on the
first page of Google because when somebody searches for a hair salon, and your video
thumbnail comes up, it has a 41% higher click through rate than any other website which
means it's going to get more clicks, and you are going to get more phone calls, and your
salon is going to grow as a result. So in conclusion, if your website, your Google+
listing, and your YouTube video are all ranked there on the first page of Google, you're
going to get more phone calls because people are finding you which means your salon is
going to grow like crazy. You might be thinking to yourself, that's great, but how do I do
it? How do I dominate the first page of Google? I've created another free video that's longer,
a little more in depth, that walks you step by step, how to do this.
If you want to watch
that video and progress in this training, all you have to do is just click the button
right here, or the link down in the description, and I'll make sure you get the next video
in this training. So again, just click one of the links, and I'll see you on the next
