Hair Growth Series DIY Avocado Hair Mask for Natural HairMy Monthly Hair Regimen (Week 1)

Hair Growth Series

So before we get into this video I'm going to talk for a little bit. Please feel free to skip this if you don't want to hear what I'm about to say, but what I'm about to say is really important for me. So yeah, natural hair is hard. It's difficult, it's challenging, it's high-maintenance- just like me- I'm joking at the same time, it's beautiful anyone who knows me knows that I love my hair but I haven't been loving it as much recently and that is completely my fault.

For this past year I have been having this like -love hate relationship with my hair. I used to be so good with my hair, which is true. I used to be so good with it and I kept saying to myself for the past year I want to get back to that because not only did I love how my hair felt how it was growing how it was flourishing, I love how it made me feel. So, this year, I'm doing it and this channel is going to help me do it.

Hopefully along the way, I help a sister or two out there. It's going to help me stay on top of things it's going to help me help my hair be as healthy as it possibly can be opportunity so it can grow, which is what  i really want, I want to see hair growth but the most important thing for me is definitely health healthy hair will grow so I'm not too worried about it as long as I keep my hair healthy I think I'm going to be fine. Now some of you may be like oh my gosh, why is this girl going on and on about her hair listen... You must not know me anyone that knows me knows how I feel about my hair ..

My hair is a piece of me it's the one accessory that I always have to wear that's a quote I don't remember from who right now I just talked a lot. Today I'm showing you how I do my my homemade, deep treatment, all natural hair mask thing. I used it when I first started transitioning and I'm gonna start using it again Thank you for watching and I'll see you in my next video. Byeee ok so I'm going to be starting off with an avocado and if you don't have an avocado you can use a banana if you have both, you can use both and then you're going to take your three favorite oils.

Lastly you want to use raw honey again that is the raw honey. Raw honey has all the natural properties that you need for the mask. I recommend using a blender if you don't have a blender you can try to mix it out by hand- it will be a bit harder and it might be more chunky and harder to wash out. I have miss jumbo avocado from whichever Jamaican store my mother got this from and if you have a regular-sized avocado just use all of it but you know mine is just I.

Don't know why it's so big then I just add the honey and all the oils to my liking -i know what my hair needs but I will have specific measurements in the description box below and then I'm just going to blend. And then I just cleaned out one of my deep treatment hair masks from shea moisture and i'm going to use that container- when pouring it out it seems a little chunky but trust me it's not- it's very slippery and it goes really easy on your hair look at that green... Yas.  So now what you want to do is you want to get that all over your hair I concentrate on my edges- the very middle of my hair- and my ends and then I.

Just split my hair into sections and I. Just get the mask all over I just saturate it with the mask so I'm going to pin my hair up for an hour and then after an hour i'm going to do my regular wash and go and i have a video on that if anyone wants to see so that's it for this video make sure to check the description box, I put a lot of information there including the exact measurements i used for the mask - i hope you enjoyed this video thanks for watching and I'll see you in my next one.

Japanese Permanent Hair Straightening

Japanese Permanent Hair Straightening
Hey guys! As you can see, we're back at
NALU hair salon again. THE FRIZZ MONSTER IS BACK. So today I'm going to do the Japanese permanent
hair straightening which means your hair will be straight forever,
until it grows out. I can't wait to try it.

Let's go! NALU hair salon~ Hello
Hello! What's your hair like right now? Fluff levels are high again. Yeah, it's pretty fluffy. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu A while ago I did an ultrasonic hair treatment at NALU
that left my hair super silky and straight for about three weeks. I loved it, but the results didn't last too long and so they said if I did the permanent hair
straightening, my hair would basically look like that all the time even just air drying it after a shower.

So I've really been wanting to try that out, so that's what
I did this time. I'm going to start with the treatment. How does permanent straightening work? The shape of your hair shaft is determined by disulphide
bonds. If those bonds are unevenly distributed you'll have non-straight or curly hair.

By applying a chemical treatment
and breaking those bonds we use a straightener to realign the bonds
to the correct position, and then apply another chemical treatment to reseal
the bonds. Thus permanently altering the shape of your hair. Go ahead and touch it. Is it soft? When you do permanent hair straightening with heat your hair becomes kind of hard and feels a little rough.

But since we do hair treatment at the same time, your hair won't feel hard or rough. I LOVE IT. Thank you so much! Not at all, thank you. BEFORE.

AFTER Lookit! Look at this!
This is insane. Why don't you shake your head? Should I do high speed? Yeah yeah
Let's do it. So this is NALU hair salon. It's the same place we went to last time.

I'll put the link down in the description box
if you want to come here yourself. Apparently people are coming here because of
our videos. There's one over there! Hi :D
Hello! Okay, so it's been almost two months since I did the
permanent hair straightening and I just got out of the shower, as you can see. My hair is super wet still.

Even in the time of me just setting up this camera
and doing a little bit of makeup, my bangs have dried a little bit. But anyway, I'm going to do a time lapse for you today and show you what it looks like to have your hair
JUST air dry after doing the permanent hair straightening, which is what I've been doing this entire time
since I got it. I haven't put in any oils, I haven't gone back for any more treatments, I haven't done anything special to it. Just shampoo and conditioner every day.
I've never straightened it.

I just go to sleep with my hair wet and then wake up
with perfect, straight hair every single time. So I'm going to do a time lapse today and show you
guys what it's like. It's gonna take me like three hours. This much hair takes a little while to dry.

And there's only one thing I can think of that would
make me okay sitting in the same exact position for three hours straight. Did I not get this? Oops All right guys, take care of him! Let's get to it! So I'm finally done with the time lapse. To tell you the truth, that's actually the third time lapse
I tried. I tried three different days because turns out it takes a really, really long time for my hair to
actually, completely dry by air.

Usually I just sleep most of it off during the night. So this time I used a fan to help it along the way. It still took a few hours BUT it's finally, actually dry this time. And this is what it looks like! So, just air drying.

Two months after permanent hair straightening. It's super soft and silky feeling. Like I haven't even brushed it. I could brush it but I don't even really need to because it's just so flowy, soft.

It's not knotting, getting knotted by itself at all. So if you ever wondered what the secret is to
super straight, non-frizzy hair, this is it! It's permanent hair straightening. I don't know why people don't talk about it more. I'm sure a lot of people actually do it.

Ever since I started mentioning it I've heard other
people say that they do it. So I'm just thinking back to all the time I spent
making videos with my crazy frizzy hair getting out of control and stuff and why, why did it take me so long to do this? I think it cost about $180 where I did it. I've heard that you may need to start touching up
the roots around 6 months afterward because your hair will grow out a little bit and it'll be more noticeably frizzy on top than it is down
on the bottom. But I'm not there yet.
I'll let you guys know when I get there! So this is basically the best thing that's ever
happened to my hair.

This is like as low maintenance as you can possibly get. So if this is the kind of hair you want to have
then I highly recommend doing this. I'll keep you guys updated when I get to the point where I
need to go back for touch ups and stuff. But yeah.

Thank you guys for watching! Bye!.

Hey this is Ife of ife360Tv and I am back
with another video, today I am doing a DIY. Banana Hair mask that's going to help moisturize
your hair and prevent dryness. I have olive oil, Apple cider vinegar ACV,
bananas, the oldest bananas tend to be the ones that are more developed in nutrients
so those are the ones that you want to use for your hair. Then add almond oil, olive oil, and apple
cider vinegar.

All measurements are in the description box
below. Next, blend and strain  once you have strained your hair mask you
can get ready to use it! I am going to gently apply the mixture to
my hair and I am thoroughly coating every single strand. Get your edges, get your roots and the ends
of your hair and go for it. Let's talk about the benefits of each ingredient
in the hair mask.

Banana, when used in a hair mask is excellent
for treating hair loss and damaged hair. It also helps with strengthening your hair
and increasing shine! If you are suffering from hair fall, hair
breakage this is a great mask for your hair. Also getting this mask onto your scalp has
its benefits for hair growth. Let's talk about the apple cider vinegar,
it is high in Vitamin C, B and it is excellent as a hair conditioner and it also aids in
promoting a healthy shine for your hair.

It also helps with controlling dandruff and
dry scalp. Almond oil is excellent in a hair mask because
of the healthy ingredients like the Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Vitamin E, Magnesium, it helps
with nourishing help to treat hair loss and damaged hair as well. It helps to increase silkiness, shine and
it nourishes your scalp. Finally, olive oil helps to protect your hair
from the sun and protects it from getting damaged, it reduces itchy scalp and increases
moisture.

It is rich in anti-oxidants and protects your
hair from sun damage. My hair shows a total difference before and
after the hair mask. My hair stayed moisturized for a really long

DIY Natural Hair Mask for Dry HairFix Damaged Hair

DIY Natural Hair

Hi, I'm Dr. Zyrowski and I'm here with my
wife Ashleigh and in this video she is going to show you how to do a DIY natural hair mask. I am going to let her go ahead and take it
over from here. Sure, so our hair is like our crown glory.

Right? But we do just about everything to damage
it. We dye it, we dry it, we curl it, we straighten
it, we do just about everything to leave it dull, frizzy and really broken. So, one thing we can do to help our hair to
be softer, more manageable and healthier is to do hair mask on a weekly basis. Um, so today I am going to show you the hair
mask that I use.

The reason I like this hair mask is because
it is great for reducing frizz, it is going to add some shine, moisture and it helps to
even stimulate hair growth. Which is something that my hair naturally
grows very slowly so this is a great way to help stimulate hair growth as well. So , I am going to talk about the ingredients
real quick and then i'll show you how to make it. Um, the first ingredient is coconut oil.

Everybody seems coo coo for coconuts these
days. Coconut has loads of health benefits, which
we talk about often. But um, it's also really great for your hair. When you are going to use it in a hair mask
though make sure you warm it first because as you can see here it is in its solid state
at room temperature.

So you want to warm it on the stove first. Coconut is really great for your hair, it
is a light weight moisturizer that helps to nourish your hair, it is also rich in antioxidants. Which is great for your hair. Um, the next oil that is in your hair mask
is olive oil.

Olive oil is also rich in antioxidants and
vitamin A & E. The next ingredient is honey. Now, I know honey sounds a little strange
to put in your hair. It sounds all sticky.

Right, it's sticky and messy it sounds like
right? But it's actually really great at softening
your hair and to add the shine back in as well as the olive oil. The final ingredient is an egg. Now again, sounds messy but it's really good
for your hair. It actually helps to strengthen your hair.

The fatty acids in the egg it really helps
to rebuild your hair and the egg whites are really great for added shine. If you have really oily hair um, just use
the egg whites. Otherwise if you have dry hair make sure you
use the whole egg because the egg yolk is really going to good for your hair. So alright, i'm ready to show you how to make
it.

Here we have 2 tablespoons of honey, i'm going
to add in 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil. 1 Tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 whole egg
now mix the ingredients together. After you have mixed all the ingredients together
you are going to start by applying it to the ends of your hair. This is where your hair is really dry and
brittle and really needs this mask.

So you will start by applying it at the ends,
really concentrating there and working your way up to the roots. When you get to your roots, really massage
it into your roots to help promote that hair growth and after that you will wrap your hair
back up into a bun and you'll put a bag or a shower cap around your hair and you leave
it on for about 45 minutes to an hour. Then you will just take a shower with your
shampoo and conditioner. Make sure its all rinsed out really well and
go ahead and style your hair as usual and you will notice that it's super soft and shiny
and healthy.

And the other thing too. We greatly appreciate it if you have any suggestions
on DYI beauty videos or any DYI videos in regards to natural health. We would love if you share that in the comments
section below. So we can have some new and exciting videos
to do for you.

Other than that guys please give the video
a thumbs up, post any comments that you have in the comment section below and check out
our other DYI natural beauty videos. Until next time folks make it a great day. Bye..

DIY Miracle Hair

DIY Miracle Hair Repair After a few long months of winter, your hair
has a beating in the sense that it dries, splits and looks much less healthy than in
summer. One thing I have noticed is that when there
is a lack of moisture in the air, my hair becomes dry and brittle, and looks like it
is completely broken. But, after a lot of trial and error, I have
come up with the latest DIY miracle hair repair. I can not tell you how this recipe completely
changed my hair from dry, brittle, and split, to super shiny, moisturized, and softened
in a single application! DIY Miracle Hair Repair Instructions So what is the secret of my miracle DIY hair
repair? Pure and straightforward coconut oil! But it's how you use it that produces amazing
results! At first, because my hair was dry and it was
breaking, I was using this hair repair once a day during the week.

Then I switched to twice a week, and now,
after my hair finally feels and looks delicious, I apply it only once a week! So here is how to get an incredibly soft and
healthy hair back with my miracle hair repair DIY! You will need to: 100% organic coconut oil (melted)
A wet and warm towel (choose a light, microfiber though!) Apple cider vinegar (optional) Preparation: You can do this in many ways depending on
your schedule. Because my hair was so torn, I decided to
leave this at night, but I can also leave the oil in 20 minutes! Using melted coconut oil, apply about a teaspoon
over dry, unwashed hair. Massage gently into the scalp for a few minutes. This will stimulate hair growth and will separate
the coconut oil evenly.

Wet a light microfiber towel using warm water
(be careful not to burn your hands!) And wrap it around your hair. Leave the towel on as long as you want! If you do not sleep with it, leave it on for
just 20 minutes. Remove the shampoo and towel and condition
your hair as you normally would. It is optional, but I like to rinse my hair
with apple cider vinegar as it gets rid of all the waste and leaves my hair very shiny
and manageable.

And there you have it! Follow this DIY wonder hair repair recipe,
and in a week, your hair will be out of this world! Stay healthy and active! Share and make your loved ones aware! Thanks for watching If you like the video please, thumbs up and

DIY Honey Banana Deep ConditionerMoisturizing and Strengthening

DIY Honey Banana

Hey y'all it's Kaylyn and welcome back
to my channel. If you're new to my channel then make sure you hit the
subscribe button down below so you could be updated when I post new videos and be
sure to check out some other videos that I have on my channel as well. In this
video I'm gonna do a DIY banana and honey hair mask using a deep conditioner
that didn't work for me as a base. The deep conditioner that i'm using is the
macadamia ultra rich hair moisture mask this mask dried my hair out so bad that
i had to look at the bottle again to make sure that it wasn't a cleanser but
since i don't want my money to go to waste on products that didn't work for
me I'm just gonna revamp it I'm pouring in the whole mask and I'm gonna use
extra ingredients because I plan on storing the rest of this in the fridge
to use again at a later time pure honey it's supposed to be great for sealing
in moisture and keeping the hair conditioned it's also supposed to reduce
breakage by making your hair stronger and it stimulates hair regrowth form
dormant follicles I'm not trying to make this mask more complicated than it needs
to be so I'm just adding two oils that I.

Like and already have that home I love
both these oils so I'm going to go heavy with them because oil is important for
deep conditioners coconut oil adds shine and softness to the hair and prevents
hair breakage which will help with length retention while olive oil is an
amazing moisturizer that also adds extra shine and softness as well and last I'm
using a banana bananas are supposed to moisturize and add shine to the hair and
they also help soften the hair and protect the hairs natural elasticity so
I make sure I blend all the ingredients so they can all be evenly distributed
throughout the entire mask and so that the mask isn't chunky and has a smooth
consistency it's very important that the mask is smooth because then it won't be
difficult to wash out your hair and honey is generally very sticky so if
not blended well it will make your hair sticky and it'll be hard to rinse out as
you can see my hair mask looks just like conditioner since it was blended so well
it doesn't have any food chunks in there so it doesn't feel gross applying it to
my hair and I'm applying my mask to my hair in sections like I normally with deep conditioners and then I'm gonna put a plastic cap on
and sit under my hooded dryer for an hour because heat helps open up my hair
cuticles and makes product absorb into my hair and penetrate better I usually use
high heat with my store-bought deep conditioners but since this has food in
it I used medium heat for 45 minutes and then I switch to high heat for the last
15 minutes I applied this mask after I. Already shampooed and conditioned my
hair in the shower but I was nervous that it wasn't all gonna be able to
completely rinse out my hair because I. Don't want anything with food in it to
be leftover in my hair so I originally planned to get back in the shower to reshampoo and recondition it but when I got in the shower it all rinse out so easily
it wasn't sticky and it didn't smell or anything so I didn't feel like I had to
rewash it and when I was rinsing it out I literally said to myself in the shower
oh my god because my hair was truly so soft and moisturized and my curls were
all super defined and clumped together and my hair felt so strong and it had a
clean feeling like it had this squeaky clean feeling that you get after you
shampoo but it wasn't dry so I wasn't expecting that at all that was super
surprising so next I just did a wash and go and applied my products like I normally
do leave-in, oil, then gel and I felt like the products just really absorbed into my hair better than they normally do and when I do wash and gos I
do the raking method were I pretty much just finger detangle my hair as I apply
product because my hair so curly it always re-knots and tangles a bit after
rinse out my feet conditioner and normally I get a decent amount of shed
hair when I do this but this time I. Literally had like four strands of shed
hair in each section my hair was just so strong and elastic so it didn't break or
shed as easily when it was being manipulated so I was able to do my
wash n go a lot faster than I.

Normally do I honestly can't believe how
amazing this mask worked especially considering that I used a mask as a
base that I told y'all had my hair feeling so dry that I thought it was a
shampoo so I highly highly suggest using this
hair mask if you're on a budget if you have deep conditioners that you bought
that you want to revamp so they don't go to waste or if you just have weak and
dry hair because this will definitely intensely moisturize your hair and make
it stronger I have like four deep conditioners that
didn't work for me and are just sitting in my closet after one use so now I can
just revamp them using ingredients that I already have in my kitchen so this is
what my hair looks like after its dried I'm very heavy-handed when I apply
product so that my wash n gos can last me the whole week so I never like
day one hair I like day three hair when it lightens and fluffs back up so thanks
for watching don't forget to subscribe and give this DIY a thumbs up if you
found it helpful.

DIY Homemade Frizzy Hair Remedies!AndreasChoice

DIY Homemade Frizzy

[MUSIC] Hair frizz, a very common complaint
amongst people, especially the ones that were born with naturally curly hair or
naturally wavy hair. But you can also give yourself
the frizzies just by doing things wrong in your daily routine. So in this video,
I'm actually gonna show you three DIY conditioners that you can actually
make yourself to help reduce the frizz. And also I'm going to include some
easy tips at the end of the video.

Just little things you can maybe change in
your daily routine to help reduce frizz as well because you might actually be
causing it and not even know it. So, let's get started. Okay.
The very first recipe is one of my favorites of all time. And here's all you need.

You need limes, like one,
maybe two and one can of coconut milk. You can find coconut milk like,
in the grocery store. It's pretty much everywhere,
it's not that hard to find. Also empty containers, save these
because these can hold the excess, you know, hair mess that's
left over once you're done.

So, I'm gonna use my empty Nutella
container, and I washed it out and stuff like that and
made it nice and pretty. And then, with your coconut milk you want
to dump the entire can of coconut milk, as gracefully as I did,
into the container. Then, you need lime juice, and I recommend
getting your lime juice from actual limes. But, like, if you can't,
then I guess you can use the bottled lime juice as well and, if you can't get
either, then you can use lemon juice.

But it calls for one lime, and you need about four to five spoon fulls
of the lime juice inside of this mixture. Okay, so,
now you're probably wondering why. Why these two? Why this relationship? And that's because coconut milk
actually benefits the hair in so many different ways. It's really, really good for
your hair and skin.

And lime juice is really good for
your hair as well, but when you mix the two together,
it can tame the hair, actually. But not only does it tame the hair, but
it's also really good for hair loss. So if you're having trouble with,
you know, maybe too much shedding or, you know, hair growth,
try applying it to your scalp. So now you want to completely
saturate your hair with this mask, and I just split my hair into sections and
did it that way.

And then just pin it up. And I put a plastic baggie over my head
because if you notice it's really, really runny. And you can thicken it up with
some corn starch if you want to. But I didn't really mind,
I just decided to wrap it up instead, and then you want to let it sit.

Now you can actually let it sit overnight
depending on how frizzy your hair is, or you can just leave it in for
like an hour, but at least an hour. Then, you just wanna go ahead and shampoo
and condition like you normally would and style, and there's no chemicals or
anything like that. So you don't have to worry
about it like damaging your hair if your hair is already damaged. And then just throw the rest away.

Okay.
So now for the second recipe. And this one is actually really easy. All that you need is plain yogurt,
no sugar, no berries on the bottom,
and honey, my favorite. I love honey so much.

And these two are another perfect
match for reducing frizz. Now the honey is for moisture. And the yogurt is actually for
the smoothing. The lactic acid in the yogurt is what's
gonna smooth down your hair's cuticle.

So if you want more moisture,
then add more honey and vice versa. So, I just, I did like half and half. But it's up to you how much you wanna add. And then once you have completely
saturated your hair with the mixture, you have to let it sit, but you don't want
to let it sit for longer than two hours.

But you also want to try to keep it in for
like at least 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Then afterwards you want to go ahead and
shampoo and condition it out and style your hair like you normally would. Okay, now for the third one. This one is also really, really easy.

All that you need is basically
your daily conditioner and some extra virgin olive oil. And all that you want to do is just
in a separate container, take and add some conditioner to like,
a jar for instance. And then just add a little
bit of olive oil. Not too much or
else your hair will come out really, really greasy looking and oily.

I just added like half a cap
full to my little mixture. And then, what you wanna do is
just shampoo your hair, and then replace your everyday conditioner
with this mixture instead. Maybe like once or twice a week,
depending on how much your hair needs it. And then afterwards, just rinse.

And the reason why you're adding
olive oil to it is because olive oil is just a natural frizz reducer,
and it removes static as well. Okay, so that's actually it for
all of the DIY conditioners and now for the easy tips. These are just things that you can do
every single day also on top of these masks to help reduce frizz. The first one, avoid damage like heat,
anything that's gonna break your hair.

Tugging at your hair with the wrong brush,
et cetera, because the more breakage you have,
the frizzier that your hair looks. So even if you weren't born with frizzy
hair, make sure that you still take care of it because you can end up turning
it into frizzy looking hair. The next tip, if you have like a lot
of frizz and really want to reduce it, then try not using
a towel to dry your hair. Try using like a t-shirt.

This way it leaves some extra moisture,
and your hair won't look dry and frizzy. The next tip,
re-wet your hair after you comb it out. When you get out of the shower, I
literally swear by this rule, because yes, we have to, you know, detangle our
hair when we get out of the shower. But, after you de-tangle your hair, re-wet it in the sink or
with whatever you want to.

Because what it's gonna do is
clump your hair all back together. And then just like, kind of, you know, pat
it dry, and then when it does fully dry, it's going to be like, frizz-free and
everything you could ever dream of. The last tip is to always
rinse with cold water. And it seems like a really repetitive tip,
but it's actually really important.

And this is why. Because when we're in the shower
the heat opens up our cuticles. And it's so
happy because we're just, you know, putting lots of moisture into it and
conditioner. And then we just get out of the shower,
and our cuticles are still open.

And then we start drying it, and we just kind of suck all
the moisture back out of it. And then, it gets cool, and then the cuticles close without all that
moisture in it that could have been in it, if you would have rinsed your hair out
with cold water before exiting the shower. So, that's it for today's video. Hope that you guys like it,
hope that it helped.

And if you guys try any of the masks,
then comment down below and let me know how it works. Or if you have any tips of your own, you
can share those as well in the comments, and I will see you guys soon. Also, click this link if you guys wanna
watch my new episode of MakeUp to BreakUps! Bye. [MUSIC].

Hi guys welcome back to my Channel today I'm going to share with you guys another DIY hair oil which will boost your hair growth and will stop your hair fall with regular use so let's jump straight into the ingredients you just need a Garlic around six to eight garlic cloves will do the trick pure garlic juice can be irritating to the skin when used alone as it packs a powerful punch for this reason it is important to mix garlic juice with another ingredient to reduce the chance of skin irritation on the scalp. So you need to use some sort of base oil and here i am going to use almond oil but you can even use coconut oil or olive oil mustard oil grapeseed oil or jojoba oil and i have also decided to use castor oil because of its added benefits. Now let me show you guys how to make this beautiful hair growth oil. Take a blender and blend the garlic cloves without adding any water now take a clean bowl and place the Muslin cloth or a cheese cloth on it and place the garlic puree into it and squeeze out as much as possible now add 1 teaspoon each of almond oil and castor oil into the garlic juice and mix everything very well until garlic is well incorporated with the oils now let me show you guys how to apply this as usual comb your hair and make sure there are no tangles now take two cotton pads or cotton rounds and soak it into the oil squeeze the excess oil and gently press it onto your scalp continue the process until your whole head is covered with garlic oil you don't need to use this on your entire hair this is basically a scalp treatment so just apply it onto your scalp ok now a word of caution as you all know garlic stinks yes it is going to linger on your head even if you wash your hair but if you want go ahead and add some drops of essential oil into it to reduce the smell of garlic but you know what guys no pain no gain in order to gain something you will have to sacrifice something if you have the patience then you should definitely try this garlic hair mask because you're going to love the results but please don't use this if you can't take the smell of garlic or even if you're allergic to it studies conducted by dermatologists have proved that application of garlic juice to areas where hair loss had taken place led to hair regrowth in the previously bald areas of the scalp it not only help the radius the size of bald patches but also increased the head count numbers the Sulfur and selenium contained within garlic cannot only replenish lost hair but can strengthen existing hair as well the vitamins and minerals that each clove of garlic is imbued with can also naturally condition your hair while adding strength Almond oil contains vitamin E, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids which are extremely beneficial in promoting new hair growth by strengthening molecules and penetrating deep into the pores of the scalp.
