If you are not able to find Natural Aloe Vera than you can buy Patanjali or any other Aloe Vera gel available in market. This Hair Mask will make your hair stronger and will give them amazing shine as well.

You can use ready made Aloe Vera gel as well but its always better to use Natural Aloe Vera for best results. Castor Oil is Anti-Fungal and is good for treating dandruff. Once the mask is ready, You can either apply it via hand or using a spray bottle. Gradually apply the mask all over your hair.

While applying make sure you are twisting it regularly so that the mask penetrates deeply into your hair. Always remember to apply this mask only on washed & clean hair Tie your hair in a bun and after 20 mins just wash them normally..

10 Tips That Saved My Damaged Hair

10 Tips That Saved My Damaged Hair

Hey ya'll, so today, I'm gonna share with you guys 10 healthy hair habits that allowed me to go from this trash to this Slightly less trash. I hereby officially declare 2018 to be the year of the hair and that rhymed ok. Who the frick cares get to the tips Um, ex-squeeze me? I was about to, how about you learn some patience. That's my tip number one.

Literally though That is my number one tip, patience. You have to be persistent with these habits because a lot of people they want results like tomorrow No, this took me five years to heal my hair and to get it into 100% virgin state And I'm telling you it is worth it, so let's get into it. Numero uno: stop it Just stop it, all of it, okay Stop the dying Stop the bleaching stop the heat styling. There are millions of tutorials right here on YouTube, put no heat straight hair or no heat curls.

And when it Comes to bleaching and hair dye, there are actually tons of natural dyes out there that come from plants and Other raw materials that you can use Numero dos: oil your scalp Scalp massages are really important because they increase the stimulation on your scalp, more Nutrients are delivered to your hair and your scalp. It just leads to faster hair growth and a healthier scalp and for more benefits I recommend using oils. There are tons of different oils that all have very Special benefits. My personal favorite oil is jamaican black castor oil just because this has linolenic acid which helps for faster hair growth So do this before your shower So you can wash out the oil in the shower There are also tools that you can use to massage your scalp if you're feeling too lazy You know I've got this tool, and it's my favorite Numero........

????? Next tip. Stop it. Do not wash your hair every single day And it's actually very heavily endorsed mostly in the United States Not really anywhere else and the reason they do this is so that you can use more shampoo, run out faster and buy more shampoo If you look into the history of haircare It's actually recommended to wash your hair onceor two times a week. If you wash your hair every single day You are not allowing the sebum to build up.

Sebum is a protective oil That's created by our scalps to protect our scalp, it prevents bacterial growth. This right here This is day four hair, and I feel great. Brushes are evil. When it comes to detangling your hair I recommend your fingers or a wide tooth shower comb because it decreases your chances of breakage and Snagging and all that good jazz.

And I also never recommend You detangle dry hair just because it's in a more prone state to break. Do it when you have Conditioner in your hair in the shower. Treat yourself. There are two types of treatments that I always recommend And that's deep conditioning and protein treatments This is so important, and you really have to listen to your hair, and you know just be like *summons a horcrux* I deep condition my hair every single wash day Which is once a week because it just replenishes a lot of moisture to the hair To make sure that it doesn't break and to give it shine and moisture and softness and all that good stuff For protein treatments you can use plain Greek yogurt or coconut milk And that's gonna help to add a lot of protein and strength to your hair so that it doesn't break as much I really recommend this treatment for people have damaged hair from bleach or dye or relaxers Sulfate free and silicone free.

Please be conscious of the ingredients in the products that you use. You would be horrified If you saw that a lot of companies surprisingly put rubbing alcohol in their conditioner Yeah, I don't see how that makes sense. A lot of companies use sulfates. Which are incredibly harsh Detergents that are used in our laundry detergent and our dish soap and you're using that on your head There are lots of companies that use silicones Which create a non water-soluble barrier around the hair and causes it to build up It actually suffocates your hair.

Read the ingredients of the products you buy, it is so important There's this really cool website that I personally use when I'm questioning an ingredient. This woman has Everything laid out and explains everything about all the ingredients that you could possibly think of so if you ever want to look at more Information on the ingredient, I'll leave the link to that website down below D R Y I N G. You know that thing that your mom teaches you to like put your hair in a turban after the shower Yeah, stop doing that. The terry cloth fibers are very very Abrasive and absorbent and can cause a lot of frizz and breakage in your hair I use a microfiber towel Or you can use a cotton t-shirt And you can use this to squeeze your hair or scrunch it depending on your hair texture And this is way more gentle on your hair, way less breakage.

Cut it foo! Listen, we've all been there. Where we're all like *sigh* I really want long hair And then you have like three inches of split ends. Listen, you have to be realistic If you do not get regular trims, if your hair is damaged Those ends are gonna keep splitting. Healthy hair will always be better than long hair y'all.

So if your hair is damaged Please get regular trims and then practice healthy hair habits to prevent the formation of split ends Since I practice healthy hair habits I can trim my hair once a year and I'm good because I don't do things that prompt split ends to form. And Since I don't trim as much that allows my hair to grow so I can keep my length Protect it foo. Protect your hair in harsh environments, don't just leave your hair loose and not Pretreat it. For example, when I go snowboarding, just having my hair out and about is very damaging for the hair So what I do is I wet my hair I soak it in deep conditioner, then I put my hair into two braids And I wrap those two braids around my head And then I put on a wig cap on top of that and then I put on my beanie.

Same thing when I go swimming Before I go swimming I usually wet my hair, put deep conditioner in my hair, seal my ends with oil And I put them in two braids and then I go swimming with that. And same thing when I go hiking or when I go camping Alrighty so those are my ten healthy hair habits that helped me heal my hair And it is a long process, and you just need to be persistent and you need to be patient I've been on my hair journey for about seven years and Barely now this year is the healthiest my hair has ever been. Leave me comments/suggestions of things you would like me to do/discuss on this channel And if you'd like to follow me on any of my social media, I'll leave all the links down below Thank you for watching, and I hope you have a great day b y y y y e e e e e e.

6 Best DIY Hair Masks To GROW HAIR FASTER & LONGER Naturally In 2 Months

Hi, I am Apoorva from Stylecraze. And, today
is one of those rare days when I find myself at home which means I have a lot of time on
my hands and what are the things I love to do when I have a lot of time on my hands is
to indulge myself in some hair spas.Today I'm gonna showing you a lot of recipes on
hair packs. Things that could be made easily from ingredients
find at home. So stick around some of these videos where
I'm gonna be showing you how to make a lot of these hair packs by yourself. It's curry time for my hair.

So What I am going to do is in my mixing bowl I m going to take 3 teaspoons of yogurt and into this, I m pouring in curry paste for
which I have taken some curry leaves and grind with some water. Take 2 teaspoons of curry paste and mix it
nicely with yogurt. Apply this pack on wet or damp hair and coat
each strand carefully. For this pack, which help us more in hair
growth.

We will mix castor oil, almond oil , coconut
oil and/or olive oil , all in equal proportion. And, the reason why you doing this is that castor
oil is very viscous So you need to dilute it with something. Now, in this bowl I have a mixture of vitamin
E oil which helps in moisturize my hair , I. Have some olive oil , castor oil, and almond
oil. What also I am going to add is some Essential
oil.

I am going to add a drop of lavender oil. There are 2 drops, which is fine. Also, I am going to add one drop of peppermint
oil and mix it well. Apply it directly on your scalp and massage properly that gonna help with Hair growth.

Beer, Banana, Honey and Egg. If, there was a cocktail that would be a really
disgusting cocktail. But, anyway for this Beer- banana Hair pack,
I have got about little more than one-fourth cup of flat beer, Remember It has to be Flat beer. Add 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon
of honey and banana mash.

The Banana mash in my bowl is looking very brown but that's only  because it has been oxidised. Don't worry about it. Mix it up nicely It needs to come up in a little bit of frothy
consistency as you can see here. If you find some chumps in the Banana mash.

That's OK.You can squeeze it with your figures when you rub it through your hair. So when the Mix comes into the consistency likes this, slightly frothy slightly pulpy. You can good to go. Apply this pack on wet/ damp hair for about
20 minutes and wash off.

I never juiced a potato before, but potato
juice is very good for hair growth. So In this bowl, I have a juice of 1 potato. For this, you need to chop up a potato, put
it in the mixie, blend it up with a little bit of water and then sieve the potato juice. That Juice is This.

Apply this juice on your hair and let it sit
on your hair for 20-25 minute. Later, wash it off with fresh water..

4 Home Remedies for Thicker Hair Hair loss is a common problem nowadays. As
hair is regarded as an asset that enhances ones physical appearance, balding or thinning
hair is a problem that many want to correct as soon as possible. Some of the common factors contributing to
thinning hair are excessive physical or emotional stress, hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies,
pollution, allergies, use of wrong hair care products, poor hair care routine, and heredity. If you have thinning hair, there is no need
to spend money on expensive treatments and products.

There are many natural remedies to help you
get thicker and voluminous hair. Here are 4 excellent home remedies to thicken
your hair naturally. 1. Eggs Regular protein treatment is essential to
enjoy stronger and thicker hair.

For a protein hair treatment, the best ingredient is eggs. Take one or two eggs, depending on the length
of your hair, and beat it properly. Apply the egg on wet hair and allow it to sit for
about 30 minutes. Wash your hair with lukewarm water and shampoo.
You can use this protein treatment once or twice a week.

Another option is to mix together one egg
yolk, one tablespoon of a hair oil of your choice and two tablespoons of water. Use this mixture to massage your scalp thoroughly.
Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy thicker hair. 2. Olive Oil Olive oil will also help to thicken your hair.

Massage your hair and scalp with warm olive
oil and leave it on for at least 30 to 45 minutes. Rinse it out thoroughly and wash your hair
using a mild shampoo. You can also leave the oil on your hair overnight
and then shampoo your hair the next morning. Another option is to mix olive oil with some
honey and apply the mixture on your hair.

Leave it on for at least 30 minutes and then
wash your hair. Use either or these remedies once or twice
a week. 3. Avocado Avocado can also be used to get thicker hair
as it moisturizes and thickens the hair.

Vitamin E present in the fruit contributes to the
overall hair health. Make a mixture of one mashed avocado, one
mashed banana and one tablespoon of olive oil. Massage it on your scalp and leave the
mixture on your hair for about 30 minutes so that the nutrients are absorbed by the
scalp. Finally, rinse it out and shampoo your hair.

You can also make a hydrating hair mask by
mixing two tablespoons of wheatgerm oil with half of a ripe mashed avocado. Apply this
hair mask on freshly shampooed hair and allow it to sit for at least 20 minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly and then shampoo
your hair. Use either of these avocado hair masks once
a week.

4. Castor Oil Massaging your scalp regularly with cold-pressed
castor oil is one of the easiest ways to get thicker hair naturally. Due to its high viscosity,
it coats the hair thoroughly and protects against hair fall. This oil has high amounts
of vitamin E and fatty acids, that promote hair growth.

Heat a mixture of equal parts of castor oil
and coconut oil. Simply using castor oil will also work but it tends to be too thick.
Apply it on your head and scalp and massage in circular motions.
Comb your hair to distribute the oil and remove tangles.
Cover your hair with a towel moistened with warm water.
Leave it on for at least one hour and then shampoo your hair as usual.
Do this once a week to enjoy lustrous and thick hair. If you like the video, give it a thumbsup
and share it with your friends! If you want more recipes and tips, subscribe

How to start your own beauty salon - franchise with Guinot

How to start
Hi. Thanks very much for taking the
time to watch this short film today Guinot is the number one professional
skincare brand in France and is available in over 70 countries worldwide. We are one of a very few privately owned companies operating in the skin care sector, and in
fact we design and manufacture all of our own products and we also design our
own treatment protocols and we have our own painted machines to offer our
clients the very best treatments that are available with first-class skincare
products and cover every need of your clients, that's from toners moisturisers
serums and sun care, right the way through to a complete makeup range. Now
it's this position that led us to set up the first beauty franchises in France
many years ago and today we have over a hundred and fifty franchises trading but
now it's time to bring this franchise into the UK and start our development
here.

The beauty industry itself last year was worth estimated 200 million
pounds and growing however it is a very competitive fragmented industry, and in order for a salon to succeed it has to have the right brand
behind it. Many people aspire to be their own boss but it can be very daunting
prospect because of the obvious risks involved. At Guinot we make a very
clear and structured pathway to becoming your own boss through our franchise
opportunity. We want you to join in our success and capitalise on the virtues of
a global market leader, whilst running a thriving beauty salon.

We also offer regional training, and
specifically for franchise they are fully supported with their own dedicated
regional trainer. We have a trainer that will come and see you as and when
you need to be themes are depending on the team's requirements and the business
needs then we would adapt treatment plan and training plan for them as well. On an
annual basis we train up to 4,000 therapist the year, however this is
growing every year as well. We've just recently incorporated e-training within our initial training courses and that will also be utilised on-site; so
with the e-training appt you have all of the videos of every single treatment knowledge on there as well, so not only can they use it when they are here on training,
when they go home, they've got their own mini trainer on their tablet.

And
obviously from a product perspective they do what they say they do, so when
the therapists come in and use the products they start to love them, play with them,
enjoy using them, and then encourage the client to use it when they go back to work It's a global brand so marketing is
worldwide and we have very close relationships with our marketing
colleagues in Paris. As a sales and marketing team we see our role purely to make your lives as easy as
possible and make your salon as successful as possible and we provide
you with all the collateral, all the know how, all the implementation you need to
make your salon business a success. So we're ready to expand our franchise here in
the UK now, and if you want to join us you don't necessarily have to have
beauty industry experience either, because we can help you with every step
of the way, from business planning right through to your initial training and
ongoing support.
